In addition, every shareholder may at any time consult and obtain a copy of:
1°) the company’s documents referred to in the preceding article concerning the last three fiscal
years;
2°) minutes and attendance lists of meetings held during the last three years;
3°) any other documents, where the Articles of Association so provide.
Likewise, every member of the company may, twice every fiscal year, forward written questions
to the Chairperson Managing Director, the General Manager or the Managing Director on all
issues likely to undermine the running of the company.
The answer to these questions shall be communicated to the auditor.
