The managers shall be liable, severally or jointly and severally, as the case may be, to the
company or third parties for violations of legal or statutory provisions applicable to private
limited companies, or for violations of the Articles of Association, or for mistakes made
during their management.
Where several managers jointly took part in the same acts, the court in charge of commercial
matters shall determine the contribution of each in the reparation of the damage.
