The duties of manager shall be gratuitous or shall be remunerated under the conditions laid down
in the Articles of Association or in a collective decision of the members.
The determination of the remuneration shall not be subject to the scheme of regulated agreements
provided for in Articles 350 et seq. of this Uniform Act.
