SECTION 227

The duration of the liquidator’s mandate may not exceed three years, renewable by court decision at the request of the liquidator. In his application for renewal, the liquidator shall state the reason why the liquidation has not been completed, the measures he intends to take and the time needed to complete the liquidation.
