SECTION 230

The liquidator shall represent the company and everything he does in the course of the liquidation shall be binding on the company. He shall have the widest powers possible to realize the assets, even out of court. Any restrictions to these powers in the Articles of Association or in the appointment deed shall not be binding on third parties.
