SECTION 233

Except in the case of a waiver granted by the president of the competent court through summary proceedings, the liquidator shall in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Articles of Association, at least once a year and within a period of six months following the close of the fiscal year, convene a meeting of the members which shall decide on the annual summary financial statements, grant the necessary authorizations and, as the case may be, renew the mandate of the auditor. Where the meeting does not take place, the written report of the liquidator shall be deposited at the registry in charge of commercial matters.
