The spouse, descendants, ascendants or relatives of the debtor or his relations by marriage up to
the fourth generation included who, unknown to the debtor, have embezzled, misappropriated or
stolen negotiable pertaining to the assets of an insolvent debtor, shall incur the penalties provided
for in the criminal law in force in each State party for offences above-mentioned.
