SECTION 237

Court fees for proceedings instituted by the public prosecutor shall not be borne by the body of creditors. In the case of conviction, the Public Treasury may institute a recovery action for costs against the debt or only after the execution of the composition agreement in case of reorganization or after the dissolution of the body of creditors in case of assets liquidation.
