In case of personal bankruptcy or other sanctions, the appeal of the debtor or the top executives
shall be instituted by a petition addressed to the president of the Court of Appeal.
The trustee shall be summoned to the suit by hand-delivered letter against a receipt or by
registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or by any means leaving a written record
addressed to him by the registrar of the Court of Appeal.
