SECTION 222

In matters of personal bankruptcy, the court registrar shall notify, within a period of three (3) days, the public prosecutor about the ruling. The public prosecutor may, within fifteen (15) days following such notification, lodge an appeal against the decision. The public prosecutor’s appeal shall be filed as a declaration at the court registry which rendered the decision. The court registry shall notify, against receipt, the debtor and the trustee about the decision.
