SECTION 220

An opposition, where it is admissible, shall be instituted against decisions rendered on personal bankruptcy through a declaration filed with the court registry within fifteen (15) days following the publication of the decisions. The debtor or the top executives of legal entities shall be summoned to appear before the court in the forms, time limits and under the conditions set forth in articles 200 and 201 above. A ruling on the opposition shall intervene within thirty (30) days.
