SECTION 218

Within the time limits provided in preventive settlement, reorganization, assets liquidation and personal bankruptcy, the day of the act, event or decision which effected them, on the one hand, and the last day,onthe other hand, shall not be tallied. Anydeadlinewhich would normally expire on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday shall be extended to the following first business day. The same shall apply for notifications to be served at the city hall or the prosecutor’s office when services are closed to the public on the last day of the deadline.
