SECTION 38

The Bankruptcy Trustee shall be bound to verify whether the instructions and publications provided for under Articles 36 and 37 of this Uniform Act have been carried out. He shall also be bound to register the decision to commence proceedings in accordance with the provisions governing land tenure advertising.
