The information entered in the Trade and Personal Property Rights Register shall within a period
of fifteen days from the date of delivery of the decision be sent for publication to the Official
Gazette. This publication shall make mention of the debtor or the debtor company, his residence
or its registered office, his or its registration number in the Trade and Personal Property Rights
Register, the date of the decision ordering preventive settlement, receivership or liquidation
proceedings and, and also the name of the newspapers in which the extracts provided for in
Official translation
