Where the liquidation of the assets of collective proceedings allows the payment of all the claims
admitted in the proceedings, the trustee appointed for the collective proceedings shall transfer,
without delay, the surplus of assets to the trustee of the other proceedings. Where there are many
collective proceedings remaining, the surplus of assets shall be distributed equally amongst
them.
