A Bankruptcy Trustee appointed by a competent court may exercise, on the territory of another
State Party, all the powers conferred on him by this Uniform Act as long as no other collective
proceedings have been initiated in that State.
The appointment of a Bankruptcy Trustee shall be proved by the presentation of a certified true
copy of the original of the decision appointing him or by any other certificate drawn up by the
competent court. A translation of this document into the official language of the State Party on
whose territory the Bankruptcy Trustee wants to act may be required.
