SECTION 252

The Bankruptcy Trustees of the principal and secondary collective proceedings shall have the reciprocal duty to exchange information. They shall communicate to each other, without delay, all information which may be useful for other proceedings, in particular the state of production and verification of claims and measures aimed at putting an end to the collective proceedings for which they are appointed. The Bankruptcy Trustee of the secondary collective proceedings shall in due course allow the Bankruptcy Trustee of the principal collective proceedings to present proposals relating to the liquidation or to use any of the assets of the secondary collective proceedings.
