The decision taken in pursuance of Article 183 above shall be subject to the provisions of Articles
36 and 37 above.
The publication shall be done with regard to the partner responsible for the debts of the company
or the manager of a trading company under the registration number of the said company in the
Trade and Personal Property Credit Register and where the partner or manager is a trader, the
publication in the Official Gazette shall furthermore bear his personal number.
