The competent court may order the managers responsible in whole or in part for the debts of the
company to transfer their stocks or share capital in the company or order the compulsory transfer
of the said share capital or stocks by the Bankruptcy Trustee, if need be after valuation; the
proceeds of their sale shall be allocated for the payment of the share of the company’s debts
which were attributed to the managers.
