Where funds are not enough to undertake or complete liquidation proceedings, the competent
court, upon the report of the Judge Administrator, may, at any time, declare, at the request of
any interested party or even of its own motion, the end of operations for reasons of insufficiency
of assets.
The decision shall be published under the conditions provided for in Articles 36 and 37 above.
