Following end of operations for reason of insufficiency of assets, the Bankruptcy Trustee shall
within a period of three months deposit his accounts at the court registry.
The court registrar shall immediately notify the debtor who shall give him written proof of such
notification, that he has a period of eight days within which to file any objection he may have.
Where an objection is filed, the competent court shall rule.
