The Bankruptcy Trustee alone shall sell the debtor’s goods and personal property, collect debts
owed him and pay the debts he owes.
The debtor’s long-term claims may be transferred so as not to delay liquidation proceedings,
under the conditions provided for in Article 148 on compromises and transactions.
Funds derived from sales and debt recovery shall, after deduction of the amount of expenses
and costs fixed by the Judge Administrator, be paid immediately into an account specially opened
with a bank or post office or the Public Treasury under the conditions laid down in Article 45
above. The Bankruptcy Trustee shall show proof to the Judge Administrator of such deposits;
where he is late, he shall pay interest on the sums which he has not deposited into the account.
No objection in respect of the funds paid into the special account of the collective proceedings
shall be admissible.
