SECTION 113

In the case of liquidation of assets, the continuation of activity may be authorized by the competent court only for the purposes of liquidation and only where such continuation does not endanger public interest or the interest of creditors. The competent court shall render a decision upon a report of the Bankruptcy Trustee forwarded to the representative of the Legal Department. The continuation of business or activity shall cease three months after the authorization, provided such authorization is renewed by the competent court one or more times. It shall end one year after liquidation has been ordered, save for serious reasons and as an exceptional case the competent court in a specially reasoned decision decides otherwise. The Bankruptcy Trustee shall, every three months, forward the results of company’s business operation to the President of the competent court and to the representative of the Legal Department. He shall, in addition, make mention of the amount of money deposited into the account of the collective proceedings initiated under the conditions laid down in Article 45 above.
