SECTION 48

Any natural person or legal entity not obliged to registerat the Register of Commerce and Securities due to the place of his businessor his registered office, shall apply for a branchregistration within one month of itscreation as prescribed by the Uniform Acton commercial companies and the economic interest group. Such application is made usingthe form provided for in article 39 above shall be filed with the court clerk or the competent body of the State party in the jurisdiction where is located that branch or establishment and shall state: 1) where appropriate, its trade name, its acronym or brand; 2) the businessname or the name of the branchor establishment; 3) the line of business; 4) the name of the foreign company owner of such branch or establishment; its trade name; its acronym or its brand; the line of business; the form of company or the legal entity; his nationality; the address of the registered office; where appropriate, the full names and residence of shareholders indefinitely and personally liable for the company debts; 5) Fullnames,dateandplaceofbirthofthe natural personresidenton the territory of the State party, with the power of representation and management of thebranch.
