Any agreement, written or not, between a person accredited by law or a legal
agreement to rent all or part of a building within the scope of this Title, and another person or
entity, allowing the latter, the lessee, to carry out a commercial, industrial, artisanal or any other
professional activity in the premises with his consent, is deemed for professional use.
