SECTION 10

Where the parties have agreed to submit to arbitration by an arbitration institution, they shall be deemed to have submitted to the rules of the said institution unless they have expressly agreed to exclude some of the rules. Arbitral proceedings shall be deemed to commence when one of the parties refers the dispute to the arbitrator or arbitrators in accordance with the arbitration agreement or in the absence of such appointment, as soon as one of the parties commences the procedure for the composition of the arbitral tribunal.
