The arbitral proceedings shall terminate upon the expiration of the time limit for the arbitration,
except in case of extension by agreement of the parties or by order of the arbitral tribunal.
The arbitral proceedings shall also terminate where the claim is admitted, in case of withdrawal
by the claimant or an amicable settlement or when a final award is made.
