SECTION 194 — Accessory after the Fact by Shelter

(1) An accessory after the fact to felony or misdemeanour by shelter of the offender, whether convicted or not, shall be punished with imprisonment for from 2 (two) months to 2 (two) years. (2) Where the principal offence is punishable with death, the accessory shall be punished with imprisonment for from 2 (two) to 10 (ten) years. (3) No defence absolving from responsibility a principal not yet acquitted shall be available to the accessory.
