Where the Committee concerned refers a petition back to the
Members of Government with a request for further explanation on its content,
the said Members of Government shall be bound to respond within 15 (fifteen)
days. If the documentary research pertaining to the question requires much
more time, the Member of Government concerned shall accordingly notify the
Committee through the President of the National Assembly. He shall be allowed
an additional period of 3 (three) days to carry out the said documentary
research.
