SECTION 83

(1) Petitions shall be entered in a general register in order of reception. 40 (2) As soon as petitions are received, the President shall refer them to the relevant Committee which shall decide either to refer them to a Minister or to another general or ad hoc Committee of the National Assembly, or to take no further action. PRESIDENCE DE LA REPUBLIQUE SECRETARIAT GENERAL SERVICE DU FICHIER LEGISLATIF ET REGLEMENTAIRE COPIE CERTIFIEE CONFORME (3) Petitioners shall be notified of the reference number given to their petition and shall be informed of any action taken with regard thereto.
