(3) Civilian judicial/legal officers who are members of the Military Tribunal shall be chosen from amongst those serving in the area of jurisdiction of the Military Tribunal where they are appointed. Those to be appointed to the Bench must be at least in the Second Scale. (4) The President of the Military Tribunal and the State Prosecutor shall be installed at a formal sitting;
