Military Tribunal may, under such exceptio-
nal circumstances as specified in Article 9 of
the Constitution, serious threat to public
order and State security or acts of terrorism,
exercise nationwide jurisdiction .
(2) The Yaounde Military Tribunal
shall also be competent to hear and deter-
mine various types of offences committed by
servicemen on official mission or during ope-
rations in foreign countries.
