(1) On the authorization of the Minister in charge of military justice, the
State Prosecutor may,in writing, and the-
reafter verbally, request a nolle prosequi at
any stage of the proceedings and before jud-
gement on the merits is delivered, where such proceedings are likely to undermine social interest and public order.
