(1) A private promoter may request the services of a management
and
development authority referred to in Section 16 (1) above.
(2) ln such case, the private
promoter must make a financial contribution for
the development of the site to host the economic zone.
(3) The amount of the contribution referred to in sub-section (2) above shall
not exceed 50% of the total cost of developing the site.
(4) The amount and terms of payment of the financial contribution shall be
laid down by regulation.
