(1) To establish within the zone, the enterprise shall pay an an nuai fee to
the manager of the economic zone concerned.
(2) The conditions for payment and the amount of the annual fee referred ta
in sub-section
(1) above shall be laid down, for each economie zone, by regulation,
upon
the proposai of the Agency following the opinion of the Joint Management Committee of
the economic
zone concerned.
