(1) Resorting to sub-contractors or subsuppliers shall be subject to the
prior authorisation of the Contracting Authority.
(2) Notwithstanding the use of sub-contracting or subsupplies, the public
corporation’s contracting partner shall remain liable for the performance of all the
obligations arising from the contract.
