(1) Some contracts may be set aside for craftsmen, vulnerable persons,
grass roots community organisations, and civil society organisations.
(2) The nature and threshold of the contracts referred to in (1) above, as well as the
terms for their application, shall be determined by a resolution from the Board of
Directors.
