Works contracts are contracts concluded with entrepreneurs for the
construction, reconstruction, demolition, rehabilitation, renovation of any building or
structure, including site preparation, earth-moving works, installation of equipment or
materials, decoration and finishing, as well as ancillary services, where the cost of
the latter is not higher than that of the works proper.
