SECTION 518

(1) The appellant's right of appeal is forfeited in the following cases: (a) failure to brief counsel; (b) failure by counsel to me a memorandum of submissions in support of the appeal; (c) where counsel files the memorandum of submissions in support of the appeal out of time. (3) The Registrar-in-Chief shall notify the parties or their counsel of the decision of forfeiture by registered letter or by any means with written proof.
