SECTION 381

(2) The record of proceedings taken down in every trial shall be signed by the presiding Magistrate and, in the case of a collegiate bench, by all the other members of the panel. (3) The record of proceedings shall be presumed to be the authentic record of the trial. (4) In case of appeal, a copy of the record of proceedings shall be included in the case file.
