SECTION 379

(1) the Presiding Magistrate may disallow any question which is: (a) indecent, offensive, scandalous, or leading; (b) related to facts so remote in time that verifying them will be impossible; c) of such a nature as to prolong the proceedings unnecessarily. (2) The question and the decision of the Presiding Magistrate shall have be written in the record book.
