SECTION 373

(1) After a witness has testified, the Presiding Magistrate shall ask the adverse party if he wants to cross-examine the witness, and thereafter the party calling the witness if he wants to re-examine him. (2) The Presiding Magistrate or any member of the court where it is sitting as a collegiate bench, may finally put questions to the witness.
