SECTION 359

(1) at the commencement of the trial, the Presiding Magistrate shall, after having complied with the provisions of section 338, cause the charge to be read out to be accused and shall ask him whether he pleads guilty or not guilty. (2) An accused who pleads guilty may, where the court finds him guilty, benefit from the provisions of sections 90 and 91 of the Penal Code.
