SECTION 355

(1) When an interpreter does not give a true and faithful interpretation, any party to the proceedings may point this out and move the court to have the interpreter replaced. (2) The court may also of its own motion, point out an interpretation which is not true and faithful and shall proceed to replace the interpreter after having heard the parties.
