SECTION 282

When the Inquiry Control Chamber ascertains that the Examining Magistrate did not decide on certain facts of which it was seized or that the holding charge failed to bring to the knowledge of the Examining Magistrate ail the facts contained in the police report, the Inquiry Control Chamber shall order that information concerning all offences emanating from the police report be given to it.
