(1) Every decree to provide for or revoke the
extension of a collective agreement shall be preceded by
consultation with trade-unions and employers associations and
with all persons concerned who shall present their observations
within 30 (thirty) days.
(2) The terms and conditions of such consultation shall be laid
down by a decree issued the opinion of the National Labour
Advisory Board.
