SECTION 54

(1) The extension decree shall cease to have effect when the collective agreement of which it refers is no longer enforceable between the parties as a result of its termination. (2) At the requests of one of the signatory parties or on the initiative of the minister in-charge of employment, such decrees may, after the National Labour Advisory Board has given its reason opinion, be revoked so as to terminate the extension of the collective agreement or any of its provisions whenever it appears that the agreement or the provision in question is no longer in keeping with the conditions of the branch of activity in the territorial coverage concerned.
