(1) The extension decree shall cease to have effect
when the collective agreement of which it refers is no longer
enforceable between the parties as a result of its termination.
(2) At the requests of one of the signatory parties or on the
initiative of the minister in-charge of employment, such decrees
may, after the National Labour Advisory Board has given its
reason opinion, be revoked so as to terminate the extension of
the collective agreement or any of its provisions whenever it
appears that the agreement or the provision in question is no
longer in keeping with the conditions of the branch of activity in
the territorial coverage concerned.
