SECTION 36

(1) Whenever a contract of employment of unspecified duration is terminated without notice or without the full period of notice being observed, the responsible party shall pay to the other party compensation corresponding to the remuneration including any bonuses and allowances which the worker would have received for the period of notice not observed. (2) Provided that a contract may be terminated without notice in cases of serious misconduct, subject to the findings of the competent court of law as regards the gravity of the misconduct.
