(1) Any person committing an infringement of
Sections 26, 27 (2), 67, 68, 75 (1), 82 and 84 (1), (2), (5), and
(4);
(2) Any person who commits, against a worker belonging to a
trade union, an act of discrimination tending to affect freedom of
association as regards employment ;
(3) Any person who engages in any of the practices referred to in
