(1) The arbitration of any collective labour dispute
which has not been settled by conciliation shall be undertaken by
an arbitration board established in the area of each appeal court
and composed as follows :
• (a) Chairman : A judicial officer of the competent court of
appeal
• (b) Members :
o (i) An employer assessor;
o (ii) A worker assessor.
(2) The two assessors shall be designated by the chairman of the
arbitration board from among assessors appointed to the high
court of the area.
(3) A registrar of the court of appeal shall act are secretary.
